The basic settings for the hotel are entered under this tab.
If you enter a package as fix service, this package will be automatically taken over in all reservations as a default rate to be charged automatically during the nicht run. However, if the reservation is made by an client, who has been assigned a different package in the profile, the client’s package will be entered.
You can also enter a guest type to be entered as a standard setting upon check-in on the rooming list. However, if a different person type has been entered in the reservation, this person type will be entered instead. Also, if the client’s profile shows a different person group, it will be entered as pre-setting.
The button creditor account is relevant in properties connected to a CRS only. Press the button to create a creditor account onto which Central Reservations will post any payments due to the property.
