Activities

The sales navigator also shows the activities of a highlighted project. Use the insert-button to enter new activities concerning the same project and the same client.

The comment-symbol shows the full comment to an activity.

i NB: activities are related to the Sales person who has entered the same. Therefore, the Sales staff can enter activities regardless of the Sales person mentioned under the tab sales data in the guest profile.

Comment	SIHOT shows the full comment
New activity	SIHOT opens the dialog new activity.
Delete	Deletes the activity.
Edit	To edit the activity in the list box.
Traces	SIHOT opens the dialog edit activity, to amend the activity (e.g. to enter a follow-up date).
Guest profile	SIHOT opens the guest profile.
Synchronise	Synchronises the activity with Microsoft Outlook.
Change appointment date	Use this function to change the date/time of the activity.
