The statement provides an overview of the guest’s bill without having to create an invoice. In order to print a statement, call up the account in the dialog display and press the printer-symbol in the toolbar. Choose the account to be printed (guest/client/group). Alternatively, access the settlement profile and press the button statement to print a statement of the guest account.
SIHOT uses the same template for statements and invoices. You may use your own layout or just change the heading from invoice to statement.
