In certain situations, differences may occur between the interfaced reservation systems (for example an OTA connected via channelmanager) and SIHOT. The function XML refresh updates your data in the other system and eliminates these differences. You can also use the XML refresh to transmit new packages or update amended rates immediately, without waiting for the cyclic automatic update (standard setting: every 5 minutes).
You can carry out this function as and when required via menu Administration - Environment.
