There may be several reasons that prevent you from editing fields in a profile:
1. Check if this profile is subject to an external profile management. To do so, open the tab with extended options (i.e. the last tab, marked with …) and the subtab External IDs.
Depending on which interface your property is using, the external reservation system may not allow you to change the address fields in the profile. These can only be amended via the interface, but not at the hotel itself.
2. Check your user rights or ask your supervisor to check them for you. Certain user groups are not allowed to change profiles.
