The column Quantity variable affects the distribution of revenues and the housekeeping report. This factor is important in packages that are charged per room and not per person, for example room-rate packages.
Components that are marked as “variable” (Yes) will be charged as many times as there are guests in the room. The same applies to the housekeeping report: each guest in the room will be taken into account.
Components that do not vary in quantity (No) will be charged and counted according to the number entered in the column Quantity.
