You can define the user groups authorised to post a service in the master file. Users will be able to post a service if one of the following conditions is fulfilled:
•The user belongs to a user group that is explicitly allowed to post the service.
•The service can be posted by all users.
If none of these conditions apply, the service will not be listed in the dialog box when posting services and can, therefore, not be posted to an account.
The field User groups and/or Rate filter are blank, the service will not be listed either.
Use registry key [511323] to reverse this behaviour: if enabled, the rate will be available to all user groups if the fields are blank. It may be necessary to exempt a service from this rule, in which case the option No rate filter is used. This ensures that service cannot be selected or posted.
