The deposit list shows an overview over the deposits paid and if they have been transferred from the reservation account to the correct room account upon check-in.
It shows when a deposit was paid to the reservation account. Because of his information, deposits must be taxed accordingly in the accounts department. This taxation is resolved upon posting the deposit to the room account.
