Titles

The field Title in the expander Address is used for common titles (Mr, Ms, etc.). The entries in this field also contain the gender classification and an identification of natural persons and legal entities. These are defined in the master files (Title and gender classification).

The field Title 2 in the expander Personal information is used for formal, academic, professional and religious titles (Dr, HE, HH, etc.).

The field Salutation in the expander Personal information refers to how the guest is to be addressed in writing, for example in a letter of confirmation or in emails. The entry marked with (*) is the default that will be used if the field is left blank.

All of the above fields are hotel-specific.
