Subject to using a compatible telephone interface, the telephone in a function can room can be given full access to outside lines or restricted to internal calls only.
You can set the telephone authorisation either for the entire event reservation or for each room therein individually.
To change the authorisation, proceed as follows:
Ø Highlight either the event or one of the rooms in the event tree.
Ø Click Unrestricted calls or Hotel internal only in the Room-section in the function bar.
