This overview shows the rooms sold over a period of 12 months, starting from the month in the date selection. When calling up the report for a period in the past, the figures shown are actual figures. The figures for future dates are based on the rooms currently sold.
The following reservation types are considered as “definitive”:
• 1 – guaranteed
• 2 – not guaranteed
• 3 - walk-in
• 4 – pre-blocked
• 5 – group block
• K – allotment
The following reservation types are considered as “tentative”:
• O – optional
• W – waiting list
• rooms in allotment not yet taken up
To call up data for a comparison (compare n-days in the past), the program save occupancy must be run on a daily basis.
The report can be called up for the entire hotel or for a specific category.
