This overview shows the expected occupancy over a period of 12 months, starting from the month in the date selection. When calling up the report for a period in the past, the figures shown are actual figures. The figures for future dates are based on the rooms currently sold.
NOTE: When calling up the report for allotments, the column available shows the number of rooms available within allotment and the column occupied shows the scope of allotment.
The percentage of the occupancy is calculated as per registry key Method for occupancy-calculation [29153]. Normally, the calculation is:
100 * (sold + blocked) / total
The monthly listing is followed by a summary block.
