The combobox Store data in the guest profile (Tab Master data, Expander Additional information) determines if the guest’s contact details (address, telephone numbers, email addresses) may be stored or not. The following options are available:
•Yes:
The guest has given permission to store his or her contact details.
•No:
The contact data cannot be stored. Any details entered already will be removed immediately after clicking New or Modify.
NOTE:
When entering reservations for these
guests, any contact data entered in the reservation will automatically be
removed.
•Anonymization after check-out:
The guest’s data is stored until check-out. Afterwards, they are removed by running the program Anonymize guest (see Data anonymization), showing stars only.
