The gift voucher search was extended as follows:
•The listbox can be arranged as required by using the listbox configuration function.
•New search parameters were added, including External reference and Gift voucher number.
The gift voucher handling was extended and the following functions are now available:
•Cancel sale
This function can be carried out only prior to running the program invoice journal with deletion or during the same shift.
•Cancel redemption
This function can be carried out on the same hotel day only.
•Suspend gift voucher
You can use this function to prevent misuse, for example if the voucher was lost.
•Release suspended voucher
Use this function if the voucher has been found or is otherwise ready for use again.
