The individual rooms-to-clean report is an optional function to be enabled with the serialisation of Individual rooms-to-clean list.
The following user rights can be assigned:
• The right to edit the data in the layout.
• The right to access the layout and view the edited list without retrieving new data (i.e. overwriting the edited list).
• To be able to call up the report for a date in the past, the right to change the hotel date is required.
The combobox hk contains the individual areas. They can be named, for example, by the area (Floor 1/Section 1, Floor 1/Section2, etc.) or by the staff member usually working the area.
In the room and suite master files, select the housekeeping area and allocate housekeeping points depending on the workload in each room. The same fields are also completed in the suite master files (menu Master files - Category management).

The rooms on the list are sorted by room number by default. In order to change the sequence of rooms to that used in the room rack, enable registry key [902663], which is based on the field Sequence room rack in the room master files.
Use registry key [41120] to prevent comments on the report that are caused by an automatic blocking of a suite or room (if one of the suite-rooms is occupied or if one of the beds in a room is occupied).
