In MPE installations working on the same database, the function Search & merge will display duplicate guest profile regardless of the fact in which property they were created. The merged profile also replaces the duplicates in reservations, rooming list entries and accounts.
The mergelog is saved centrally. On a terminal server, it is found under u:\log\merglog\mandant\windowsuser\merglog.txt. Otherwise the file saved under u:\log\merglog\ mandant\computername_windowsuser\merglog.txt.
