).In the reservation search, the guest search (fields name, name2, city and street) as well as in the overviews arrivals, in-house-guests and departures, the following search operators are available:
•First name search:
SIHOT searches for all guests with this first name if comma is placed in front, e.g. Eric
•Wild card search:
SIHOT searches for all guests whose names include the part entered, e.g. *son.
•Phonetic:
SIHOT searches for all guests whose names sound like the one entered, e.g. ?Russo.
•Full text search:
In the reservation search, there is also an option to
search for a word appearing in almost any part of the reservation, e.g. in the
remark or in a comment (tab with extended search criteria ).
