Save revenues

This program divides the day’s revenue into the revenue areas, as per definition in the revenue accounts. The revenue is stored for:

• the entire property

• the client of the reservation

• the travel agent

• the market segment of the reservation

• the reservation source

• the reservation medium

• the channel

If the option Protocol is not ticked, SIHOT will only provide an error protocol showing any bookings that have not been entered in the revenue.

An analyses of the revenue reports is to be had in reports such as the revenue report and company statistics in Sales & Marketing, as well as the revenue .

Protocol	This flag issues a protocol of the packages and services that were divided into the different revenue accounts and areas. It shows how the revenue in a particular area or on a particular revenue account came about. i NOTE: This protocol may be very long and it is recommended to either select one or more specific revenue accounts or to view the report on-screen prior to printing.
Ignore zero-positions	The protocol only prints lines that contain a monetary value.
