Targets for sales staff are entered in the layout Sales staff guideline.
The layout is called up in the menu Master files – Sales & Marketing.
To enter guidelines for sales staff, proceed as follows:
Ø Select the year and the budget type, i.e. the target’s area.
Ø In the tab Budget values, select the sales person (use the listbox filter).
Ø Enter the monthly targets, for example, the number of showrounds or client visits expected to be carried out.
Ø Save the budget by clicking Modify.

The tab Report shows all targets entered in a listbox (use the listbox filter for a better overview).

The values entered here are compared with the actual activities carried out by the sales staff and are shown, for example, in the Sales Manager’s report.
