Error message:
Insufficient number of beds in room!
Cause and solution:
This error message means that you are trying to accommodate more guests in the room than there are beds. Check the respective room master file: the added numbers in the fields Beds and Number of extra bed categories determine how many guests you can accomodate in the room.
For example, even though there may be only one kingsize bed in the room, two guests can sleep in this bed. Therefore, the number 2 must be entered in the field Beds. If, on top of this, one more guest can sleep on a sofa bed in the room and another on a rollaway bed, also enter 2 in the field Number of extra bed categories.
