Ø Select the discount group in the field
by the same name. To enter a discount code, click the toggle key next to the field.
NOTE:
When creating a new reservation, the
client’s discount group is not automatically applied to the guests on the
rooming list.
Also, if the discount group in the reservation is different
from the one in the guest profile, the discount group in the reservation will
apply.
The discount group or code can also be entered into existing reservations.
In the Preview postings window, the discounts that will apply to the reservation are listed in the respective columns.

You can also add the discount group or discount code in the reservation at a later stage.
