A new registry-key [903334] was introduced, which ensures that the hotel is always available online in all categories, as long as the web-categories are not overbooked in total. If enabled, the interface will send at least one available room in each web-category.
The INTR-interface can now handle prepayments for existing reservations. This is done with a reservation amendment and the guest will automatically receive a deposit invoice by email. The following conditions apply:
•None of the rooms in the reservation were checked-in.
•No deposit entry has been recorded for this reservation previously.
•The amount paid equals exactly the amount in the reservation forecast.
•The amount due must be paid in full, no part-payments.
To improve data quality, guest data sent by an interface in upper cases only, is now converted into proper spelling by default, e.g. SMITH, JOHN will be converted to Smith, John in SIHOT. This applies to the fields Name, Name2, Street and City. Company names will not be converted.
