SIHOT records every amendment to a reservation in the amendment protocol. The protocol logs the creation of a new reservation as well as any changes with regards to dates of stay, number of persons or rooms, rate relevant changes, etc. The details are recorded together with the date and time of the change and the user’s initials.
The protocol is called up by opening the tab reservation amendment protocol in the respective reservation.
By default, the protocol shows the changes in all of the reservation’s sub-reservations. However, the sub-numbers are displayed in a separate column in the listbox and can be used as a filter when searching for a particular action.
