Releasing blocked rooms

Blocked rooms can be released on the room rack and in the respective layout in the Housekeeping-menu.

To release a blocked room on the room rack, proceed as follows:

Ø Click on the blocked room in the room rack.

Ø Click Unblock in the function bar.

To release a blocked rooms in the respective layout (Room OOO, Room OOI or Room OOS), proceed as follows:

Ø In the “blocked”-tab , enter the rooms to be blocked and the period, or select a category as a search parameter.

Ø Click Search in the function bar.

Ø Highlight the rooms to be released in the listbox.

Ø Click Release next to the listbox  or in the function bar.
