This program checks the release period for all allotments. In case the release period has been reached, the scope of the allotment will be automatically reduced to the amount of reservations confirmed on this day. I.e. rooms not taken up within the allotment are falling back into the hotel’s general availability.
Depending on contracts and hotel policy, this program should be part of the night audit.
