Use the registry-entries under the heading Clear data base [14568] to specify the number of days to be cleared in the individual areas. You can also specify how many days or years the print files and invoices are to be kept (e.g. 10 years).
Use registry key [903255] to configure that guest profiles are deleted if the field Delete in the profile is left blank.
Registry key [40875] defines how many postings a commission or credit account may have, before the program Archive accounts transfers these postings to a history account or inactivates the account and creates a new account.
