You can use the layout Police report for checking and completing the records for the Police report. You can also enter additional guests to be mentioned on the police report, even if they do not have their own guest profile (e.g. spouses or children).
The layout is called up in the menu Back Office.
The Police report itself is a program that is set-up specifically to produce a report for the local authorities. The requirements for this report vary from country to country and often even from town to town.
NOTE:
When using automatically set person
types, entering a date of birth in this layout directly changes the person type
in the guest profile and on the rooming list. In certain cases, this may affect
the room rate, as any existing person type on the rooming list will be
overwritten with the automatically set person type.
