Points distribution

During the account settlement, one point per night is awarded to the card holder’s guest profile.

With packages that are processed per room, the room holder only will receive points for all guests in the room. With packages that are processed per person, the sharers may also collect points separately, as long as they have their own, separate accounts and their own loyalty cards.

Example 1:

The Millers have booked a room for 2 adults and a child for 3 nights.

After check-out, they receive 9 loyalty points in their profile, if the hotel awards points for all person types. If only adult guests are entitled to collect points, the Millers will have gained 6 points for their stay.

Example 2:

Jack and Steve share a room for two nights.

Both have separate accounts and pay for their own share of the room.

The package they have booked is processed per person.

Steve is a loyalty card member. For this stay, he is awarded 2 points. Since Jack has his own account, Steve cannot collect points for Jack’s guest nights.
