Payment and settlement using tokens

If you have requested a token upon entering the credit card details in the reservation, you can use this token for payments on the account or when settling an invoice. However, if the guest presents the credit card at the time of making the payment, you can proceed without requesting a token.

Ø In order to use the token for payment or the settlement of an invoice, select this option in the Payment-dialog.

Ø If the guest wishes to use another method of payment, click Payment.
