The following two fields in the expander Package data are of particular importance:
•Flatrate date handling:
This combobox determines how the room rate will be calculated if there is a flat rate for a certain period and the guest stays over and above this period. For further information on flatrates, refer to Flatrates.
•Free of charge:
Enter the number of nights which are free of charge for the guest. This applies to promotions such as “stay 7 nights - pay only 6”.
The processing of the field Free of charge depends on the setting of registry key “FOC” is the number of free nights before the end of the stay [8624].
•If disabled, the number entered in the free of charge-field is the night that will not be charged. For example: 7 = every seventh night is free of charge.
•If enabled, the last nights of the stay are free of charge. The free of charge-field then states the number free nights. For example: 2 = the last two nights are free of charge.
