To be able to enter a manual rate for the reservation, the master file of the respective package must allow manual rates (field Manual rate = Yes). Also, the field Rate category in the reservation must left blank, as the manual rate will not be accepted otherwise.
The field Voucher number is usually located under the tab Additional data, subtab Discount. However, if the profile of the client (or travel agency or travel point) is specified as Agency or Tour Operator (field Guest type), it will be also automatically displayed in the tab Reservation data.
The field Sales date usually appears only if if the user has the specific right to edit this field or if sales date has been amended and therefore varies from the actual date the reservation was created on.
The cancellation policy is used in connection with credit card tokens and the program Automatic settlement by cancellation type (see section Interfaces - PDQs - Token handling). Use registry key to [32835] to specify the cancellation policies applicable at your property.
