Operation tracking is an analysis showing what actions are carried out at what time. You can use this information to optimise internal procedures and to prepare duty-rosters with accurate staffing levels.
The operation tracking is called up via menu Admin.
The following actions are recorded:
1. Check-in of a room
2. Check-in cancellation
3. Room moves
4. Check-out of a room
5. Changing the room status to clean
6. Changing the maintenance status to a status other than OK
7. Changing the maintenance status to OK
