Occupancy by client

This report shows an analysis of the performance of the different clients.

You can call up the report in the reports-menu, where you can select different kinds of clients to be shown. You can also call up the same report on a guest profile (context menu booking position), in which case only the figures of the person/company in the profile will be shown.

The flag Category occupancy (cumulated) can be disabled by activating registry key [9931].

Show definites	This flag evaluates definite reservations
Show tentatives	This flag evaluates tentative reservations
Show booking position	This flag evaluates the total booking position
Booking position list	This flag evaluates the individual booking positions
Total sum	This flag evaluates the total sum.
Category occupancy (cumulated)	This flag shows an overview over the occupancy in the different categories.
Only clients with booking position	This flag evaluates booking positions only.
Selection
Occupancy by client	This flag shows all clients
Occupancy by Travel Agent	This flag shows only reservations made by Travel Agents.
Occupancy by Travel Point	This flag shows only reservations made by Travel Points.
Further selection criteria
Show proportion to total	If the flag category occupancy (cumulated) has been ticked, you can have the proportion to the total shown as well.
Show proportion to occupancy	If the flag category occupancy (cumulated) has been ticked, you can have the proportion to the overall occupancy shown as well.
Always show sum of category	If required you can have the categories’ sums displayed on top of each client.
Additional booking position information	If the function booking position is activated, use this flag to obtain further details.
Totals as per selection	Calculates the totals based on the selected data.
