The occupancy-report is another form of the inhouse guest list; however, it can be called up for one particular day only (future or past) and the emphasis lies on the rooms rather than guests.
You can also use this list, to plan and manage room moves.

Occupied rooms |
This option only lists rooms that are already occupied or allocated to guests arriving on the day. |

This option only lists rooms that are vacant and not allocated on the day. |

This option only lists the planned room moves for the day. |

Used with option Room moves only - this option omits the sharers on the list. |
