Moving an allotment

You can move an allotment to another period by changing the fields Contract from and to in the expander Contract information. The following points should be noted in this context:

    Due to technical reasons, a new contract number is generated every time you move an allotment.

    If there are already reservations during the original period, these will not be changed. The scope of the original contract number is reduced to the number of the existing reservations. In the new contract, the scope will encompass the original number of contracted rooms (without subtrakting the existing reservations).

    The external IDs are taken over in the allotment with the new contract number.
