The entry in the field Housekeeping frequency determines when the service is going to come up in the mealplan overview, the mealplan control report and the housekeeping report if part of a component list in a package or if entered as an additional fix service in a reservation.
If the field is left blank, the service will appear on each day of the guest’s stay.
In breakfast services, the setting in this field is usually Every day except arrival (JAAN) to ensure the service does not appear on the guest’s day of arrival in the meal plan control report or in the mealplan overview.
The field Meal plan defines in which column on the meal plan overview the service will be counted.
