Managing wake-up calls

Wake-up calls can be managed in a special layout. Here, you can call up an overview of the wake-up calls using different search parameters in a dedicated layout. You can also edit and cancel wake-up calls.

The layout Wake-up calls is called up in the menu Phone.

Ø To cancel a wake-up call, highlight the respective record and click Cancel wake-up call  next to the listbox.

Ø To change a wake-up call, highlight the respective record and click Edit wake-up call  next to the listbox.

Ø To call up the rooming list of the guest’s reservation, click  next to the guest’s name or Pax in the function bar.
