If the automatic enrolment check has been enabled (registry key [6360]), the user will be prompted to ask the guest about possible enrolment in the hotel’s loyalty program.
TIP:
The enrolment query is displayed only
when checking in guests with an existing guest profile and not if SIHOT
automatically creates a new guest profile upon check-in.

Ø If the guest would like to participate in your loyalty program, click Start loyalty card enrolment.
SIHOT opens a dialog box to enter the required guest data for the application.
Ø Complete the data and process the guest’s application as per hotel policy.
The loyalty card data is displayed in two places in the guest profile:
4. Tab Master data, expander Loyalty card data
5. Tab Card data

Ø If the guest does not wish to join the loyalty program or should be asked again at his next stay, click the respective buttons.
The answer will be recorded in the guest profile, tab Master data, expander Loyalty card offered.
