These lists show either arrivals, in house guests or departures for the period selected. They focus on reservations and guests rather than on rooms. For more detailed information on the rooms, refer to the occupancy list.
TIP:
The option Without fix services can be used to cut
down the processing time of the list.

This option lists only those guests, who are considered VIP’s as per registry key [29151]. |

Complimentary |
This option lists only those guests, who are entered with guest type 5A complimentary etc. |

Ignore arrivals already checked-in |
(Arrival list only) This option lists only those guests who are still due to arrive on the day. Otherwise the list will also show the guests who have already arrived on the day. |

Evaluate virtual categories |
This option will also include those categories in which the flag statistics (category management) is set to no. Otherwise the list will only show categories with a yes in Statistics flag. |

Guest types in detail |
Use this option to select particular guest types (see further selection criteria). |

Room list |
Use this option to print one name per room, regardless of how many other persons are sharing the room. |

Process history |
This option omits any reservations on the list and the option ignore arrivals already checked-in will be disabled; i.e. only reservations that were checked in will be considered. |

Amenities |
Use this option to print only reservations with amenities on the report. When ticked, you can also select specific amenities under further selection criteria. |

OTB |
(In house and departure lists only) Includes guests who are not yet checked-in. |
