In order to separate the electronic invoices from the other invoices created by SIHOT, the following invoice number sets must be set up separately:
•Invoices
•Invoice credit notes
•Fiscal receipts
•Fiscal receipts credit notes
Additional invoice sets may be set up if required.
Electronic invoices will only be generated for the invoice sets Invoices and Invoice credit notes. The remaining invoice sets are excluded from eInvoicing as per the legal requirement. Settle these with the applicable settlement procedure as per hotel policy.
