Incomplete vouchers

Vouchers with a status of incomplete were not settled correctly. This may happen if the user was interrupted during the sales process and did not finish the settlement.

NOTE:
You have to settle any incomplete vouchers before you can sell further vouchers to this buyer.

Ø To complete the settlement process, click Finish gift voucher sale in the function bar.

SIHOT opens a window with the details of the incomplete voucher.

Ø Click Settlement and carry out the settlement as usual.

The voucher’s status changes from incomplete to valid.
