This report (menu Reports – Occupancy statistics) can be used as a checking list for the current booking status as well as a forecast for a forthcoming period.
The figures for Arrivals due and Departures due refer to the current day only.
In hotels working with the function Booking position, the figures for Rooms available (booking position), rooms sold (booking position) and Difference booking position are based on guests on booking positions only. Use the option Consider all occupancies with BP to include all reservations in these figures.
