Guests’ birthdays

In the overviews arrivals, in-house-guests and departures, you can now search specifically for guests whose birthday is on the respective date. For this purpose enable the search key Birthdays only in the tab extended search , expander Selection.

Alternatively, you can call up or print a list of guests in house, whose birthday is on a certain date in the menu Reports - Occupancy reports.

For a birthday mailing, use the extended guest selection, with which you can also filter out guests that are not in-house.
