Filter

You can reduce the number of records in a list box, especially if it’s a long list, by filtering out only those that you need.

Ø Click Filter  in the heading of the column you wish to apply a filter to.

Ø Select the record(s) to be displayed. Add other records if required.

Ø Close the filter-layout by clicking the x-symbol.

Ø To remove the filter, re-open the filter-layout and click Clear filter.
