Export stays for Marketing

This programme exports the departures of the respective period into a cvs-file.

The option e-mail filter takes the guest’s e-mail filter settings (guest profile) into consideration and does not generate a record for those guests who do not wish to be contacted. If Outlook Integration is serialised, the report can also be forwarded directly by email; e.g. to an external company conducting quality checks with the hotel’s customers.

If required, the Support team can specify the fields to be included in the report. If there are no particular specifications, all of the following fields will be exported:

The cvs-file that is generated with this export is stored in the directory transfer\staysformarketing in the SIHOT path.

The cvs-file for the feedback system and post-stay mails also include the guest’s language and the post-stay-ID. This ID is a unique link to the hotel’s electronic questionnaire. Once the guest has completed the questionnaire, the ID shows which guest has provided the feedback.

The post-stay-ID (<postStayID>20000744-2159</postStayID>) is also included in the mix-file of the reservation confirmation, which provides the data for the post-stay-mail.

To send cvs-file via SFTP using an external exe, enable registry key [8155].
