Event management occupancy

When working with SIHOT.C&B, this overview shows the occupancy in the conference & banqueting department in the past. In order for the report to show the correct figures, the program Save revenues must be run on a daily basis.

If this flag is selected, the report shows a summary per month. If this flag is not selected, the report shows each day separately; weekends are highlighted by a grey background.

Referring to guest

This flag evaluates the number of guests of the functions.
