•The monthly report contains the data of the previous month, including a total number of rooms.
•At the start of a new year, the sequential numbers are automatically reset and the next guests will be given the ID-no “1”.
•Using seasonal texts, you can define days that the interface will interpret as days during which the hotel is closed for business. Monthly report adjusted accordingly.
