Imported reservations that cannot be entered properly in SIHOT are automatically given the reservation type Error (subject to the reservation system supporting this function). This can happen, for example, if the fix service sent via interface has not been mapped or if the category does not exist at the hotel.
These reservations do not influence the hotel’s occupancy figures in SIHOT, however, they do so in the external system. It is, therefore, important to investigate error reservations as soon as possible and enter the correct data, including the appropriate reservation status.

category rack to see if and on which days there are error reservations that
still need to be sorted out.
