Lists can be automatically zipped and forwarded via email. The result may be an rtf-document, a Crystal-report or similar (e.g. XML-file). To do so, the field Email must be filled with yes and the email address of the recipient or a mailing list entered.
The emails are being sent via SMTP-server as entered in the hotel master file.
