In order to delete a room, the following points must be observed:
•The room must be vacant.
•The room is not allocated to any guest in the future.
When deleting several rooms in one category, ensure that this will not cause an overbooking situation in the future due to existing commitments.
Ø To delete a room, click Delete in the function pane.
